We need resources to do the work. Without resources the work will not get done and families, especially those with children will struggle and even go hungry.
Even Jesus had resources. A little boy with five loaves of bread and two fishes. With those resources Jesus fed thousands.
We need food donations, funding, workers, people to minister but most of all we need your prayers. We need you. The work will not get done without you and your support.
Every church should have a food pantry.
Jesus was in the ministry of feeding people. Jesus on one occasion fed 5,000 people with five loaves and 2 fishes and on another occasion 4,000 with seven loaves and a few fishes.
Jesus said I am the bread of life. Jesus understood to win souls they must be fed.
In Matthew 25:31-46 Jesus said, when I was hungry you fed me and when I was thirsty you gave me drink. The people asked, when did we feed you or give you drink? Jesus said, when you did it to the least of these my brethren you did unto me.
This ministry is to establish food pantries to help struggling Christians and feed the brethren. Although, we will never turn anyone away who asks for help, especially if they have children.
No child should ever go to bed hungry and elderly people should never have to worry if they have enough to eat.
